Great place! The gentleman was VERY quick and was able to manage an amazing haircut on a wiggly headed 3.5 year old. His hair cut turned out awesome and he said he can’t wait to go back!
Everything you want in a barbershop; walk-in service, plenty of parking, friendly atmosphere - lots of great conversation amongst barbers and customers alike, and of course, great barbers that give great professional haircuts; while they work efficiently, they don't make you feel rushed. Some customers even bring in refreshments for everyone, adding to the friendliness. Semoff's is also kid-friendly; I bring my young boys in for haircuts and the barbers are great with the kids - gentle, patient, and they offer a lollipop at the end. Best barber shop in the Harrisburg area. Been going there for years when I lived in the area. Now I live over an hour away, but always wait for a haircut until I get get one from them when I visit the Harrisburg area.
Only bad review I’ve see was some clown who was mad because he waited there 15 minutes before they opened in the morning but didn’t realize another client was before him waiting in the car. Being second in line, all he had to do was wait 2 minutes to give the other barber time to open his station, but stomped out because he wasn’t first? Leaves a bad review, yet is willing to be there early in the morning before the shop opens to get a cut?...read full review
