“I bought a 3-ton geothermal heat pump from Daflure 10 years ago, and now have a semi-annual maintenance contract. So twice a year someone from Daflure comes and checks out my system, which is worth it to me just for peace of mind.

First, the GHP itself has always exceeded my expectations: No more oil tank or smell; no more oil bills; my electric bill didn't go up nearly as much as I thought it might; no outside visible parts; very little noise; a constant inside 'set and forget' temperature all year round.

But the reason I chose to write this review today was just an excellent service visit. The tech (Austin) was very personable and knowledgeable. Looked to be doing a thorough job, although I'm no HVAC expert. He took the time to answer all of my questions, showed me how to clean the water drain system, and even gave me an assessment of what components were beginning to show wear. Just a great visit from a great tech, which motivated me to write this review.“

“We've been happy customers of Leggett for more than a dozen years now. We use them for our heating and cooling system maintenance mostly. They also quickly replaced our water heater a few years ago when it suddenly started leaking. Today we had them replace our worn out water softener that was installed by another company many years ago. As usual, the cost was reasonable and the work quality excellent. Our tech, Keith, is outstanding! He's very professional, polite, and personable. He happily answered all our questions and described all the work he had done. I think our basement is cleaner now than when he got here! Thank you for another project well done at our home!“

“We had duct cleaning and sanitation done today, as well as, an air scrubber installation. Alex and Luis were great! Alex called ahead to let us know that they were on their way. When they arrived at our home they introduced themselves, verified the services we requested, and explained how they would accomplish the tasks. They were very knowledgeable and explained things well. They wore boot covers and used mats to protect our floors. Both young men worked expeditiously and thoroughly. They cleaned up after themselves, once the job was completed. Then Alex explained what they had done and showed us before and after pictures of the ducts.
