We used Gingrich last year for an issue. They were so friendly, fast and reasonably priced. We had another plumbing issue this week and so of course we called them again. I called around 7:40, for a return call back within 5-10 mins. They arrived a little after 8 and had fixed the issue, cleaned up and were gone by 8:30! We will continue to use them and are so happy to have this gem in New Cumberland!

Mr Gingrich came out the same day I called about my water heater. He was able to install the following day. He installed new water heater and removed old one. No mess or dirt from installation. Very pleasant. One negative was the price. I felt and made the remark about it being high. I could have called around to find someone else that most likely wouldn’t have been so prompt. I would say I paid for extra for the quick installation.

Had a bit of a disaster with a broken toilet and a leak--quite a big job-first day assessed the supplies needed-next day arrived early and completed the job--went the extra mile--I would recommend this business to anyone looking for honest value, skill and integrity-I have been using this company for years with nothing but positive experiences
