My niece and I have been going to see Cathy for the last 3 months and she is one of the most professional and efficient people I have ever met. I am not sure what the bad review about her “answering phone calls during service” is all about, but that is just ridiculous and not in keeping with her 20+ years of helping people thru electrolysis.Her fees are totally reasonable but may not seem so if you don’t realize that electrolysis takes time! It is the only way to permanently remove hair and she explains IN DETAIL during your first FREE consult. As for scarring….I have none, but I CAREFULLY follow all Cathy’s self after care requirements.
