Such a great gym and so happy we decided to join here. Mike, Rob and Miguel are always very helpful and courteous when it comes to any questions. Rob does a great job at keeping the gym and lobby area super clean. The women’s locker room and sauna area are kept very clean too! Yeah, ya heard me right…there’s a sauna! Such a little piece of paradise after a workout. I started coming here for spin classes and the two instructors they have are fantastic! Amy does Monday and Saturday spin classes, and a Wednesday Spin and Sculpt Class. Her classes last about an hour. Laura does Saturday spin and will randomly throw in pop-up classes here and there. Her classes are 45 minutes. Both of these ladies are very welcoming, have great personalities and will kick your butt in class! I highly recommend trying a spin class here. Aside from that, the gym area is great and they have a little bit of everything as far as equipment. There’s something here for everyone.

Nice environment,friendly staff, and a great place to work out. I enjoy spinning. classes are M/W/Saturday. Five thirty/five thirty/ 9:00 am.
