I had sent a table center piece as I have done for several years and always have been very satisfied, this year was extra special as my friends husband Buzz had to have a last minute surgery the delivery person (Gregory) went over and beyond asking them if he could pray with them, how personal and uplifting for my friends Clara and Buzz as a very tough time. It changed their day.
My mother in law was a very loyal customer, always buying all flowers and arrangements from Butz's, she never went anywhere else. Last year for Christmas she gave me a Santa clause that her mother bought for her from Butz, she wrote me a letter saying it was 40 years old and she wanted me to have it. She passed away 4 months ago. I just opened the box up with the Santa Clause and read her letter again, your store was such a big part of her life, I will continue to be a customer as well, just thought I would share this.
I sent the birthday flower cake to my sister, and she sent me a picture - it was perfect. I ordered from CA and have used Butz before - ordering so far away is sometimes scarry but Butz has ALWAYS done a great job. Thanks much!
