John replaced the leaking French drains in my basement in less than a week. Vacuumed up over 18 gallons of water in a prior storm with the old system. After the last storm that was 5+ inches of rain, I had zero water in my basement thanks to J&R and my new French drains

Great knowledgeable HVAC technician. Installed an outdoor AC unit with a heat pump system in my existing furnace. Did all the math to get us the proper sized unit and to configure it properly.
Independent as of this review so I didn't pay for a mountain of overhead for the same/similar unit from the big firms. He blew their quotes out of the water. Was also able to let me know about what to expect for our job for time frame and any potential inconveniences which there really weren't any.
Came back a few days later after request, my S/O had issue with some of the fan noises and he was quick to return and lower the fan speed a little and test it and make sure everything was going to still meet our needs. She's happy with that and I'm satisfied with the product and it's performance.

Jess Parks did a wash cut and style on a walk-in for my daughter, back in February when I couldn’t get her in where we had previously been going. The attention to detail was impeccable! Due to how meticulous she was when taking care of my daughter I decided right then and there she was doing my hair next. I called to see if I could walk-in & she was able to! I have a LOT of hair. It’s wavy/curly. She is so passionate and proud about her work! She tried a technique on my hair with layering that will help my curls/waves blend and lay nicely with reducing weight and thickness. I’ve never had someone put that much effort into my hair. It was a fantastic experience. My daughter and I will be clients for life! My only regret is not finding this salon sooner! This company was hired through my American water insurance and this experience was amazing !! I just left my first appointment here today and the entire staff is so so nice! I normally hate the dentist so I’m in a hurry to leave, but everyone here is so sweet I loved hanging around and having conversations with everyone! My teeth feel much better after my cleaning today too and they did a great job at explaining everything about my teeth to me! Overall it was just a 5/5 experience. This place is a million times better already than my former dentist.

Mindy was absolutely fantastic with my German shorthair, Dixie. This was her first time going to a groomer and Mindy took her time and got Dixie comfortable with the new environment. She was very gentle and patient, even though my dog was pretty anxious and moving around the whole time. I would highly recommend Mindy if you are looking for a groomer who you can trust with your pet!
Fantastic groomer! We've taken our high anxiety dog many places that she strongly disliked and paid way more. Our dog loves Shampooch. We can not say enough great things about how happy we are with both our dogs' grooming that they receive, the friendliness we are met with, and all for a fair price.

The only thing that isn’t so great is that it’s very difficult to schedule regularly. You can no longer purchase gift certificates either. I’m not sure if it’s due to less staff, but I really hope this changes in the near future.
