I recently took my toy cockapoo, Winston, to New Britain Veterinary Clinic for an emergency visit. Dr Bandakar and her staff were wonderful. They gave my pup a thorough exam, treated him with caring hands and voices, and calmed my fears. The doctor did some tests and prescribed medication which helped my little one feel better. I will definitely be going to NBvets for all my visits and I will happily recommend them to anyone who is looking for a top-notch veterinarian. Joyce H
They have on site groomer which is really helpful. They are able to work with my pet and I can be there when they work on him if needed. Very friendly staff and doctor.
My Charlie can be a handful but he always has a good visit with them.
My dog had her acl repaired back in 2022. The staff was so kind and gentle with her. She's a large bully breed and we never once felt judged for her breed and were instantly welcomed. They also made room in their schedule to get her repaired and out of pain as quick as possible. The surgery went very well and her incision sight was beautiful, can hardly see a scar 3 years later. We've unfortunately found ourselves in a similar position, now with her other knee. Once again the staff is working quickly to get her the care that she needs.
