From start to finish, the communication was excellent and timely, and the project manager from AI, Brent, explained very thoroughly what the problems were and how they would be fixed. He answered our many questions before and during the job with patience and clarity. The estimate was professionally prepared and very clear as to what we could expect and what the costs would be. Brent kept in touch with us as the job was scheduled and then as it progressed through the phases, so that we were able to plan for the disruption that naturally occurred. The workmen did a superb job of fixing the issues and the finished work looks just great. The stucco areas that Ai fixed are now a point of pride for us, and really add to the appeal of our home. “Mason's Landscaping did a tremendous job of cleanup and re-landscaping our yard. They were able to pull out years worth of debris, including an old shed that was being held up with vines and moss! They re-graded the yard, replanted one bed and seeded the rest of the yard with grass seed, laying straw mats to help it grow. They installed a perfectly level and square shed base upon which we were able to build a new workshop/shed. They had to remove part of our fence to access the yard, but they did so neatly and replaced it perfectly when the job was done. From start to finish, the job was done professionally and beautifully. The Project Manager, Rich Hall, worked with us throughout on changes. He was present often and highly responsive. They were not the cheapest bid, but they did a wonderful job and I highly recommend them. I'll attach some before and after photos so you can see the great job they did. Thanks again!“

“Had it done on 3/13. Fast process. Ken, Mike and Jeff did an outstanding job. They were courteous and helpful with my questions. I was outside occasionally to see if they needed anything. They explained what was going on and how the process worked. I was impressed with the way they were cleaning up as they went. Left everything as it was or better when they were through. I even treated them to lunch as they had never had cheesesteaks. House seems quieter. Maddison was helpful on setting up the appointment to give me a price and on the follow up process. And from what I have seen and read should make a great difference in the temperature in the house during the winter and summer. Would highly recommend RetroFoam to anyone who has an older house that is drafty or a colder room, whether the walls are insulated or not.“
