I highly recommend them. Best of Bucks. We started with a different company for the first two years after we built our pool. I knew that the previous company was awful but didn't realize how bad until I contacted A&B. Our pool is not easy to open and close due to rock wall, shape, etc. and they do a fantastic job every time. We've been using them for five years now and they are hands down the choice if you want professionals that absolutely know what they are doing.
EDIT: (From 1 - 4 stars) The owner Adam reached out to me today and was very apologetic. He explained what could have happened to cause all of the issues which sounded like the perfect storm. I appreciate him reaching out and hopefull that the below was an isolated course of events.We used A&B at our last house. They were always great but recently had a new pool installed at our new house and things have appeared to have changed. I had contacted them on Oct 4 to schedule a closing of my pool. They shared that they were booked out until the week of Oct 24th. I stated that I could do Wed-Fri that week because I was out of town through that Tues. They confirmed and even sent me a receipt of my deposit that showed a date of Oct 26 (Wed) for closing. The next thing I know, I receive a text and email on Oct 21 stating that they will be out Oct 25 to close. So I call them and ask them if they can move because I was going to be out of town and couldn't prep anything for them. I even shared that I had made this request etc. The person on the phone made a comment that there's no guarantee and that they wouldn't have promised anything etc. Essentially claiming that I never made the request for a later in the week closing. She then said she would see what can be done. I later get a call, but I was already out of town at this point, that they were able to cancel the appointment and would reschedule it for wed-fri. Wed-Fri came and went....no one ever showed up....not even a call. So I call them today and now I'm waiting to even get scheduled. I offered to go with another company if they are swamped because it seems they cannot keep up. Shouldn't be this hard especially since their receipt already showed an Oct 26 date for my appt.....more importantly, there seems to be a lack of accountability as I was made to feel like I never made them aware of my travel.Service: Winterization
Awesome! They came out so quickly for a repair. The crew that came was friendly, professional, clearly knew what they were doing, and cleaned up before they left. Would absolutely recommend!
