I want to personally thank the staff at Big Rock. If your pet needs a dental done, this is the place to go! And of course any other needs! Very compassionate, attentive, trusting, and thorough. My dog has pre existing health issues, and I was a bit anxious concerning the anesthesia part of it. Dr. Foust did a thorough examination before the dental which gave me such a peace of mind! Dr. Gonez and her assistant, Paige were gentle, informative, and so kind today when an exotic vet was needed for our bearded dragon. The front desk ladies were also so friendly and helpful, the visit was extremely reasonably priced and we were taken care of very promptly! If you are looking for an exotic vet - I highly recommend Dr. Gonez!
Very caring people! I like this place and will keep taking my furbabies here. My boy is getting old and has some hip and leg issues. Even though surgery would be the only option to fix it. They made him comfortable until I decided if I wanted to get the surgery done. After a lot of thinking about it. I couldn't get the surgery for him. Most of it was because of his age that the chance of him not making it out of surgery alive was greater than the surgery fixing the problem.
