Had my carpets and furniture upholstery cleaned by New Alexandria Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners. Jim & Mark both very good workers arrived right on time began work immediately got out the spots, stains and marks off both furniture and upholstery very pleased with the results even the 30 year old Berber carpet looks new! Finished in 2 1/2 hours basically the entire living room dining room family room and steps and hallway areas. Will definietly be contacting them with future work. Reasonable pricing for the job completed. Very Pleased I would've given 10 stars but only 5 exist so..... Thanks Guys!

Meet Ellie. She is 17 months old and having the time of her life accompanying me in the role of Service dog. Cathy, Ellie and I have been working together for a year now and it is Cathy’s expertise and guidance that has made this possible. She is an excellent, patient and loving mentor. Ellie has been able to travel with me, staying in hotels and a vacation resort as well as a fishing lodge over the border. Together we have lounged by the pool and dined in restaurants ranging from a hot dog stand to white tablecloth. She goes grocery shopping and to the hair salon. At all times Ellie has conducted herself as a well mannered, competent and poised Service dog. She receives compliments daily on her comportment. Our recent trip was four weeks and she had not one faux paw? or slip up. All this was possible through Cathy’s guidance and training of both Ellie and me. I think I was the more difficult student. Nick and his team of guys were awesome, had some minor issues after the install which were out of their control but quickly fixed the issue. Overall highly recommend.
I didn’t even think it was possible for a veterinary clinic to be so reliable, trustworthy and most of all loving and compassionate of our loved ones. They have intelligibly diagnosed and even saved our pets lives twice now (not to mention checkups and small issue resolutions) and have updated us and treated our little ones with the love and support we ourselves would want them to have in all those difficult, stressful and sometimes painful situations. Taking your sick or vulnerable loved ones to a stranger is hard. Five points in Alexandria makes it a luxury. Our family believes these people are angels; every last staff memeber from the counter to the techs to the doctors. Thank you all for years of consistently mind blowingly good service
