I was very hopeful when Dr. Reisner was recommended to me to help my very anxious/reactive dog. Overall, she is very kind, compassionate, and truly wants to help each animal and owner she works with. Unfortunately, after working with her for over 2 years I still have not found a medication regimen that has fully helped my dog (partly due to his level of complexity, partly due to the urban environment in which I live, and partly due to inconsistent communication on her end). I didn't think Dr. Reisner was still in business so I didn't write a review sooner. I consulted with her two years ago, and as one of the other reviewers mentioned, communication was a serious problem. So much so that when my dog had severe problems with the medication we were trying, she didn't respond to me for about 2 months. I took him off it myself and tried to get her to answer my emails. After two months I emailed her again asking if she had gotten my email two months prior and she said yes.
