Paul with kattner has been amazing. He has done great work for my mom and my sister for a fair price. He's given me advice as well for repairs I needed to do for them myself. I'd recommend him to anyone in the area and I'll be using him when I get my own property.

This company is filled with wonderful people. I don't understand any of the negative reviews on here. My first experience was with the incredibly helpful woman in the office. She was able to get me squared away over my lunch break with time to spare. The second time I stopped in the office, the owner was in and got my order paid and scheduled. He was also incredibly friendly. Oil was delivered the following day with no hassle. As for today, the day before Christmas Eve, I was told there may not be anyone available to look at my furnace that had stopped running, but to leave my name and number in case anyone had time to swing by. They were here by 10:45 and had it running by 11, all while explaining to me what they were doing and how to prevent the issue in the future. This is a wonderful local company that I'm happy to support.
