Not only was my service was terrible…. A friend of mine has been trying to call to get his unit looked at (as there seems to always be something amiss) and after a year, still no call back. It’s just not the way I would choose to run a business. Perhaps you all could have better luck with them. ?♀️Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
