“Our three Boxers each receive their annual shots at VIP Petcare at Southmont. And, on the rare occasion when we have a medical emergency on a weekend, VIP Petcare is available on Saturdays from Noon to 5, too. It's nice to know that a quick check for a cough, a limp, or a sting be checked out quickly!“

“Our dachshund Kelsa had a herniated disk at the age of 8,she needed surgery ASAP,as soon as we found out,we called Cummins veterinary hospital and scheduled an appointment,sure enough,she needed surgery and the doctors went to work right away,this is not her 1st time here,she was here 5 years ago with paralyzed back legs due to a back injury,they fixed her then and again this time,both times with a full recovery in 6-8 weeks.“

“Beware of being overcharged for an appointment. I called to schedule an appointment for my dog and was told they have an appointment open the next day and they could fit me in. When I got the bill, I was charged for an emergency appointment of $100 instead of $65 for a regular appointment. They would not change it because the appointment was given to me within 24 hours. I did not ask for an emergency appointment or to be seen in 24 hours. I just asked for an appointment.

To follow up: A technician called to ask about my dog and I told her about the overcharge situation. She took the time and effort to address the overcharge, which will be credited to my account. I’m very happy that she made that effort to help me out with this after I spent hundreds of dollars for the vet appointment.“

“I was so impressed how compassionately the staff and Dr Aiello treated us and our family cat during her illness and passing. They made us feel comfortable and unrushed during a difficult time. “I have been to this practice several times and have referred people to this Vet They felt he was a real old time Vet that genuinely knows what he is doing. If you want the big practices that care only about padding the bill then go elsewhere. I want my pet treated and n their way. I trust and will continue to go to this practice and Cindy is lovely and always tries to get me in when I need an appt. I travel over an hour and 1/2 and am very happy ???“
