Half the time I couldn't even tell he was tattooing. He's light handed and FAST. He went above what I wanted.
If I wasn't 7 hours away, I'd go to Victor for all my ink therapy.

“I’ve been having Rob tattoo me for 2 1/2 years now! I am pretty much covered! He is very personable and isn’t just there to take my money! He’s become a great friend! He gets me in asap!
