“Joe is the best in the business!! The hinge on my laptop suddenly broke and I was afraid of losing the screen if I tried to open/close it too much.<br><br>I called the "big" places first. They all have a minimum 72 hour turnaround time because they all send your computers out. This is my work computer and I couldn't give up that much time.<br><br>I called Joe and as I explained the problem over the phone, he immediately told me the solution, so I knew he was very familiar w this issue.<br><br>I dropped my computer off to Joe at 3pm on a Monday and he had it completely repaired by 11am the next morning!!<br><br>Joe is a true professional, he's been in the business for years and he knows what he's talking about! Didn't give more because of the poor attitude exhibited by the company's COO and program not being user friendly.<br><br>Spent the last two weeks solving an issue we were having with getting KC to communicate with my Quickbooks. Endless back and forth and guesswork. Finally they figured out that they had me upload the wrong files for them to test.<br><br>The general attitude with this firm is that they post instructions on yuotube so the customers should be able to figure it out. Otherwise they would be happy to charge hourly rates for training their customers on how to use the system.<br><br>The corporate culture is really lacking. They need to realize that their customers are running their own businesses and don't have time to become experts in the peculiarities of the software. We want point and click, not to become KC experts. Wish I knew this before purchasing this expensive software. This is NOT a user friendly / intuitive POS system. Bought the Kennel Connection software with all the bells and whistles. They sold me a QuickBooks Direct Link module that is supposed to automatically transfer the financial data to the Quickbooks file.<br><br>It has never once worked. Been trying to get it to work for over 7 months. have spent countless days and hundreds of dollars with outside IT help. Blue Crystal just keeps sending me user manuals and telling me there must be something wrong with the Quickbooks set up.<br><br>Sorry guys, I'm not a techie and have enough on my plate running my business. Don't have time to fix bugs with your software that was not configured properly to transfer data to another program. Your sales literature claims that the Quickbooks Direct Link will seamlessly transfer all of the accounting information to QB. Doesn't say I have to become an expert at how you programmed your software and then modify QB to make your software work.<br><br>I contacted their support team because we received over 2300 line items of error messages.
