The only compassionate care comes from the vet technicians. We had to put down our beloved dog. I was away from home and called them to bring my dog in for euthanasia. The receptionist told me that I couldn't bring him there because they were closing early. This is after being a patient there for several years and paying $500 plus for every wellness check. My husband was home with the dog and drove him to the center (did not get my text that they wouldn't take him and a vet that never saw him elsewhere agreed to see him)...when he walked into the center with the dog, the receptionist was quick to tell him, "I told your wife we couldn't take him." Meanwhile, a vet tech saw him, recognized our dog and called him by his name, shuffled my husband into an exam room. Before the doctor would talk to him, (and she was angry that we showed up) he was given a bill upfront with payment demanded. Once the doctor came in, he tried to show her the video of our dog's seizure. She pushed his phone away. He struggled to get the wifi working so we could facetime to talk to our dog...the vet tech set up the wifi on his phone...(thankfully). To add insult to injury we asked for a pawprint so I could get a tattoo. We got the impression we asked for, but they forgot the pawprint. It's very sad to me the lack of empathy and the sheer money grab that this clinic has become. It wasn't always like this. I will not be going back.

Front desk staff and doctors will straight up lie to you any chance they get. They claim to care about your pet, but truly only care about money. Ridiculously overpriced for subpar service and little to no actual advice. Doctors will talk to you as though you are incompetent, yet don't ever give you a definitive answer to any of your questions. Avoid this place.

We moved to the Easton area about 3 months ago. We brought our 2 year old doggie to Nazareth Veterinary Center about 6 weeks ago and had a good feeling about our experience there. Then, today, our dog's right eye was closed, swollen and tearing profusely. Knowing that NVC closed at 6 PM, I asked my wife to call to see if the facility could get her in on an emergency basis before they closed so I could start driving over there. To our shock and disappointment, my wife was told over the phone that NVC would not see the dog because "they were booked until closing." She begged and cajoled and, when those efforts failed, she expressed shock and outrage to the receptionist that these so-called "professionals," who are theoretically in the business of helping people and their pets, would not stay around just a bit longer to tend to our dog. When I arrived at NVC at about 5:45 - not knowing that facility had already told my wife they wouldn't see our dog - I attempted to persuade the receptionist that because this was apparently a serious eye injury and not some sort of run-of-the-mill issue that could wait, it was important that a doctor see her. Again, I was shut down and told to go to see another Vet (though no recommendation was made). My wife and I are each professionals who are busy, stressed and over-extended, but neither of us would ever turn away a client who was in need on an emergency basis. Given that, it was more than shocking that the NVC staff was more focused on getting home for supper and an evening of television than tending to patients in need. Fortunately, I did manage to find another Vet who was open and who was only too happy to give us an appointment right away. Our dog was diagnosed with a moderate-sized laceration of the conjunctiva and treated both quickly and with care. I'm happy to say that we have a new vet. Good riddance to NVC.
