“I have been to three places for therapy in the last five years. To backtrack, I ‘ve suffered several strokes during the years and possibly have unspecified neurological condition. All three eventually told me that they could not help me. When I came Total Performance, Dr. Vasey truthfully told that she could improve my condition albeit it would not lead to perfection. She exceeded my expectations. I used a cane for years due to muscular weakness. She very patiently kneaded problem muscle groupings have resulted in a very marked difference, my cane collection has far lesser use. Kudos to Dr Caitlin!!“

“I can’t recommend primal enough. I have been struggling with some pretty severe hip flexor/quad pain…which lead to a number of other things due to me trying to compensate for it. Within 2 dry needling sessions I feel like a new person ???. Dr. Eric is extremely knowledgeable and has been so helpful in getting me back to peak performance. “12/10!! I couldn't recommend Restore PT & Pelvic Health more!! I got to work with Gabi, and not only is she incredibly knowledgeable (I saw immediate results after just one session with her!!) and professional, she is so understanding and empathetic. Restore PT puts so much effort into making the space comfortable for every patient that walks through the door. I had such a fantastic experience. Unfortunately, it was cut short due to a family emergency and I wasn't able to complete all of my sessions. But I am continuing with exercises/stretches and am noticing improvement daily. Gabi actually reached out to me to follow up and check-in on how I was doing. She truly cares about my health, and makes me feel so supported and like I can reach out to her with any needs. They customize your plan to fit your needs on a visit to visit basis, since recovery is not always linear! I have had chronic back and hip issues for years and have used several PT groups with little positive results. Ian really helped me push past my issues and tap into building my strength in hip and core. “Outstanding! I came in with nerve pain due to bone degeneration in my neck. The Therapists sorted me in just shy of 2 months. Not only that bit they provided me with exercises to prevent reoccurrences. I have been living completely pain free since being a patient.

The true magic of Integrate Therapy is the Team. From The Receptionist, to the Therapists, the office operates as a team. If my main therapist was unavailable, the other therapist easily took over as my progress was very well documented in their system. Every individuals condition is Unique and the Therapists "problem Solve" to find the right exercise/treatment for you.

I have nothing but praise for the therapists! They are FANTASTIC! Not only are they each outstanding in what they do, but they make going to PT fun and (believe it or not) entertaining. Which is an important part of your recovery.

And... Lets not forget the receptionist! Not only is she helpful in scheduling your visits and taking care of the financials, but she is the glue that holds the whole team together.

“From my husband who has gone there for 3 months_ Gary Breen writes:
I had two operations on my shoulder in a six month period. One in March and the other in September. The first one was a shoulder replacement and the second was to remove a buildup of scar tissue. I was told by the surgeon that I had to start physical therapy the very next day after the second surgery. After my first surgery I was going to a different PT place. I stopped going there because the surgeon told me that there is no reason to go to PT until the arthroscopic surgery was done. After that surgery I tried to make an appointment to continue with them but they could not accommodate me. The surgeon was quite adamant about starting PT the next day.
I had to find another place.
My wife previously was a patient at Glenside. She said that she liked the trainer who worked with her on her hip. She said that his name is Kyle and previously in the past was a cheerleader for the Philadelphia Eagles.
When I called to make an appointment the individual to whom I spoke was very friendly. He said that there would be no problem starting and was assigned a therapist by the name of Kelly. For the most part Kelly worked with me. However, there were times that other therapists worked on my shoulder. All of them were friendly, caring and well-schooled. With all their help I progressed very quickly.
I highly recommend Glenside Physical Therapy. I really landed on my feet when I chose them.“

“I came to Dr. John's half way through my third pregnancy in bad shape. I was having a lot of leg numbness, pain and was extremely uncomfortable. After just a couple of appointments my symptoms were practically gone. I felt so much lighter after every adjustment. Her adjustments in my last half of pregnancy helped me to have an easier labor and delivery and I believe prevented an induction. I felt better at 40 weeks pregnant with a large baby (9lbs 7 ounces) than I did at 20 weeks before seeing her. Some of my leg issues returned 11 months postpartum after carrying around a large baby non-stop and her adjustments are definitely making me feel a lot better and greatly improve my quality of life.

I also noticed my digestion became a lot better and I stopped experiencing heart burn during my pregnancy after seeing her.“
