The lady who gave me my facial was very bubbly and definitely made small talk that I actually liked. She explained all about micro-needling to me and the benefits. “I had heard about floating for a few years from some friends. I was able to get an appointment a few weeks out on a Saturday morning (I wanted to go on a weekend morning). I started with the sauna followed by a float. I was a little overwhelmed as there is a lot of information to take in. After talking to the very nice, friendly and knowledgeable employee (I wish I remembered her name), she completely put me at ease. The sauna was wonderful. I wasn't even sure I'd like it, but I LOVED it! The float is so cool! You are really floating! It's amazing! Very relaxing and a wonderful way to tune out life for 90 minutes. It also completely cleared up the psoriasis on my elbows for two weeks. That alone is awesome! I am already trying to figure out when I can go back!“
