Wonderful People! Have had to call.them 3xs , all were emergencies. They were to our house within 2 hours and had all repairs done same day or the next. Will always recommend Hoover heating to family and friends! Pricing is very fair.

I only gave 3 stars because I have never actually had service done by this company. However, I wanted to leave a review because on 2 occasions I called for emergency service. Both times they were unable to fit me into their schedule because I am not a current customer BUT both times they took the time to...first call explain to me that if your chimney is covered in snow your furnace will not work... and the second call to give me phone numbers for other companies that are in the area. This left a really good impression on me because the company I always use couldn't even give me the number for anyone else. Hoover heating had been to my house a few times for routine maintenance to component failures. He is very knowledgeable and fair pricing. When I called him he showed up the same day and had a fix under 10 minutes. Overall great place to call in an emergency.
