First I must say, she is very nice, but, she does not belong in the “hair” business. I have never had my hair so messed up! The color was horrendous & the cut was so bad I went home and tried to straighten it out myself. I went back a second day to fix the color & it only got worse. I have spent a lot of money trying to fix it & I am lucky my hair hasn’t fallen out! I have no idea how she got a 5 star rating which is why I went to her!
