“Took my daughter to get her upper ear cartilage pierced . Kate was fantastic! She made both of us comfortable and explained the process step by step. She was so gentle, my kid couldn’t believe the piercing was actually finished when all done. The facility was clean and welcoming. I will absolutely go back when it’s time to get her other ear pierced and when I’m ready for a new tattoo. 10/10“
