Barb in the office was nice and listened to my issue and got me with Paul the service manager who took his time and expertise to explain some things over the phone. He sent Mike and Steve over to check it out. They were professional, knowledgeable, explained my issue and gave the furnace a good cleaning and my issue is resolved. The price was right and I felt comfortable with these guys in my home.My old furnace and air conditioner will soon be needing replaced and Beam will be the company I call.
