Orlando was the plumber that serviced my request, and he was very professional, respectful, and friendly. He replaced my old toilet with a new, taller one. He cleaned the work area. He took away my old toilet, and I was very thankful for that. He did great work and very quickly. The price for the toilet and service was very reasonable. I am very pleased. They went above and beyond by also lifting my hot water heater and putting it on bricks to protect it from moisture that sometimes gathers in my basement. Josh with Mark Allen has come out twice for me only for seasonal check ups on my air conditioner and furnace but I have been so very pleased with them.
