Amazing staff from front office, dental hygienist-Alycia, to Dr. Koch! Everyone was professional, kind, considerate, and informative! I felt like I have been going there for years and it was just my first appointment!

Small procedure went well will no issues. The wait time was a bit excessive. After being called back, the dentist administered the anesthetic and said that he wanted to give it 5-10 minutes to set in. After 5 minutes the assistant checked in to see if the anesthetic had set in, which it did. 25 minutes later the dentist came into my room to retrieve supplies for the other patient he was working on and said that he would be finished soon. After another 15 minutes he returned with his assistant to perform the procedure which took about 10 minutes. Dr. Koch did a tremendous job today on a crown for me. I have been painless all day with a better alignment than I walked in with. This is a stark contrast from previous experiences I had in Reston, VA at a very expensive dental office. I can't recommend Bennardi & Barberio enough. Great people & great work.
