we dropped off a jacket to be dry cleaned, when we went to pick it up it was lost. no idea what happened to it. The people working there said it was not their fault. They send it out to a cleaner and they lost it? Customer service is terrible, they don't seem to care or try to fix the situation. Owner pushed the problem to some number in Toronto, Ontario Canada. no answer ever!I would never recommend this company for anyone, as it seems that they are overwhelmed with similar issues.

Under the new ownership, this business is not what it used to be. My item was ruined. I brought for cleaning an ivory silk blouse. When I picked up the order, the blouse was pink. The person at the register claimed that the color of the blouse changed because I picked up the order after the due date. Day later, she claimed that I brought in a pink blouse; however, she did not have the records of what color my item was. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service and the lack of attempt to resolve the issue. I was asked to come at 9 a.m. to meet the manager, but the manager did not show up at the appointed time. They offered the reimbursement of $50 for a blouse for which I paid $ 118. This was the first cleaning of the blouse. I can't replace it. It is clear that the item was discolored during the cleaning process. I would not recommend using this business. Your items might be ruined. Be aware. I was not planning to give any stars to this business. But to submit the review, the system forced me to select stars. That is why one star, to warn other customers.

They did alterations on my daughter's prom dress last year & it was perfect they did a great job & it was done on time even with it being a short notice & their prices are reasonable Thank you for your services.Service: Alterations
