I am a regular customer and am always happy with my service but this Valentine’s Day Serenity Spa really made a lasting impression! Not only did they squeeze us in while being fully booked when I called the day before Valentine’s, they created a comfortable and memorable experience for my two children (8 & 14 yrs old). Our gift to our kids was their very first massage and they absolutely LOVED the entire experience. The owner showed them to their room and explained the process in a way they could understand, the therapists were gentle and encouraged the kids to communicate what they liked and didn’t like for the best experience possible. They also allowed me to stay in the room so my children would not be nervous. All in all a 5 star experience, our entire family looks forward to returning very soon!
