Called to have someone come to look at a leak in my roof that they put on several years ago.The Lady that answered the phone said that they are closed and will only talk to work that was done in the past year.Service: Roof installation

I could understand the review regarding whoever is answering the phone - admin, secretary, etc. She is extremely rude and unwelcoming. Her energy reeks of negativity through a simple phone call. Sometimes, I let people slide because they just may be having a bad day or whatever, which is why I still gave them a shot, but no that’s just who she is.
