“I come from golds gym and have spent time at over 10 gyms over the last couple of years. My only complaint is the price. This gym puts you into a true workout environment. You often have the place to yourself and can be as loud as you want until a certain time. It has old school equipment, and if you know what your doing, you can achieve a good solid workout. Owners are very nice“
