I come from golds gym and have spent time at over 10 gyms over the last couple of years. My only complaint is the price. This gym puts you into a true workout environment. You often have the place to yourself and can be as loud as you want until a certain time. It has old school equipment, and if you know what your doing, you can achieve a good solid workout. Owners are very nice
Ummm been working out here two months. Left a 5 star. Now I'm changing it to a 3. Look how filthy it is here! It smells like urine in the cardio room :0 Lawd help us! Still a good gym but smelly!
Bad a** gym. Great if you hate crowds. Gym is old and dirty. Equipment is solid. The gym is a ghost land. You can go hard and the equipment is solid. I bring my portable speaker when I lift which is pretty fun. Reminds me of a gym in a rocky movie. 24 hours is nice. No one to bark at you either. Great gym. Owner is good people too.
