I joined a few months ago and couldn’t be happier with the little gem! Very clean and staff/owners are so very friendly and helpful! Membership is very affordable. Even through this heatwave we’ve had, the gym stays at the perfect temperature :)

Nice clean place, highly recommended many equipment to choose from, I went in and I feel like a kid in a toy room all this equipment basically just for me. If you looking for a quiet place to work out ,give this place a try.

I quit my old gym and joined Mt Joy Fitness because it has such a great atmosphere. It feels like a giant garage, but in the best way. There is plenty of equipment, and there's never a lot of people there. When there are other people there, they are always friendly and respectful of everybody's space. No need to worry about attention-seeking obnoxious people yelling loudly.
