Had a significant yellow jacket nest in the roof of my home. Wanted to support local business so called Keystone. Woman who answered phone was incredibly friendly and helpful, took my information and said Rob would be in touch soon. Within 30 minutes I had a scheduled appointment emailed to me for 30 minutes from then. Rob arrived and was friendly and explained what he was going to do. Within moments he had sprayed and treated the basement as well. Rob said he would provide a quote for quarterly service (which I asked for, he wasn’t pushing it on me).
