Just happened by and, needing a massage, stopped in to see prices. was quickly ushered into room after pointing to 60 minutes, $70. She would only take the $50, waving off the posed sign. and kept giving back the $20. Language a definite problem. The massage was poor, and seemed rushed. I did not want extras, so friendliness ended. I will not return. And wonder why others rated higher.

I could not have said it any better than Tyler did in an earlier review. Spot on from beginning to end. I don't like to leave negative reviews but this spa could use some help to elevate their situation. Had high hopes but this was our first and probably our last trip unfortunately.

Me and my Husband scheduled a same day 1 hour appointment for two. We scheduled at 9:45 for a noon appointment. Once we arrived we were greeted but only one masseuse available. So I was asked to go In first and my husband was told another would arrive shortly. she made an attempt phone call with the other Massage therapist.During my massage she used the phone twice and walked out twice trying to be in contact with someone. I am Assuming the other employee. My husband waited the entire hour. The other never showed. She brought my husband in my room right when I was about done. Soo she walked out again and provided him instruction. Within the first 15 minutes of my husbands massage she received 3 phone calls and stepped out to answer the main door 3 times. My husband was very annoyed. As she would only work on him for one minute and then step out for about three each time. Each time she was interrupted she would laugh and each time she returned she said sorry. But this got old quick. I was offered to stay in the same room on the bed while I waited for my husbands massage. During this time the manager called and the massage therapist literally gave me the phone and said it's the boss. She passed me the phone and it seemed I received an apology or explanation regarding the other employee that never showed. But it was hard to understand,so I just said okay and gave the phone back. To summarize the experience. Understaffed area causing one therapist to try to massage and welcome everyone in during your massage including taking all phone calls. I will probably never return. Oh if your wondering, 20 min into my husbands on and off massage someone else arrived. so the massage therapist was able to work on my husband. For the last 40 minutes consecutively. But she did not make up the time he lost while she was handling business. He only got what was left in the hour. The massage did feel good.
