“I had a need to have some financial advice for my 401-k rollover and some other investments and before providing the advice Bill said he would need to review myt ax return. I had prepared my taxes using Turbo Tax as I have done for several years. Upon completion of the review of my tax return Bill had found an alternative tax treatment for one of my tax credits resulting in a higher refund than was claimed by Turbo Tax, increasing my refund by $640.I guess the true cost of using Turbo Tax is more than the price you pay for the software.“

“I got a document notarized and then I shipped it overnight via USPS. The company that I sent it to notified me that it was not notarized correctly as the notary forgot to put a notary stamp on it (which is needed to make the document "official"). I returned the next day to ask if they could redo the notarization for free. Not only did they do that, but they also paid for the shipping at USPS to send the redo.
