“Houster installed my Metal Roof, Gutter guard and vented my Attic and my bathroom fans through the Attic. My builder vented the bathroom fans through the soffit. According to TOH, houses in cold climates should not have bathroom fans vented through the soffit as this eventually leads to mold.Timing was long because of Winter & inclement weather. Communication was not the best during this period. Nevertheless, they are very good people to work with. Anita has a very sweet disposition.We had a number of estimates and Houster was not the cheapest. Their main competitor, the one you see advertising on TV refused to vent my bathrooms fans through my roof telling me I needed a plumber to do that, which made no sense to me. Houster immediately told me that was not a problem and agreed to use insulated vents to vent my bathroom fans.When I told Anita that their competitor was cheaper. She said, “I’ve seen their work. They are not our competitor.” I have to agree. The roof looks very beautiful. We’ve had a lot of complements with the roof going up. There are quite a number of houses with Metal Roof in my area, on my street and I was told mine looks the best. The vents that Houster uses are European style. People have been asking what they are and I have to explain that they are the vents. You will be able to identify houses with Houster Metal Roof by the vents. Look at the vents on their website, then look at the Houses with Metal Roofs around you. The snowguards they use are individual pieces which together with the vents make the roof look even more elegant. We’ve had a few questions as to what those were also. Anita told me why they use those snowguards as opposed to the long bar that others use. The gutter guards, they use are screwed onto the gutter so they will not blow away.The staff were punctual and respectful.
