Been here multiple gyms with a friend, it’s a great gym. The equipment is top notch, (mostly Rogue), the environment is great, powerlifting friendly, has some machines & a boxing ring with trainers. I believe it’s 24/7 access if you pay extra for a key card, which is another plus. I’ve never signed up because I live too far to come everyday, but I would 100% sign up if you’re looking for a good local gym. The only thing I could say it needs is some upgrades, like some light fixtures or some new machine equipment. That’s all.
This is a wonderful gym in Delaware County. The environment is welcoming and family oriented and the staff are all encouraging and supportive !Also the Recoverology studio is a huge value to those who are avid gym goers and don't want to pay Lifetime gym prices for premium recovery services
This is one of the best gyms in Delco. They have everything. Group fitness classes, strength training, boxing, athletic training, air tricks and even a recovery room. If you’re looking for an all encompassing gym, this is your spot.
