I found this salon kind of randomly online as I desperately needed a haircut and it was in the area of where I would be running errands. What a pleasant surprise! Staff are great, space is adorable, and Danielle gave me the best haircut I've had in years! She is a doll. Best hair wash and scalp massage and she cuts and styles so gently I basically fell asleep in the chair. She knew exactly what I wanted and made sure to make it happen. I left feeling like a million bucks. I'll be back!
just like anyone else, i was in the market for some complimentary quotes. i reached out to a couple of companies, including american pro garage & gate. what you really need in this business is someone who is genuinely honest. in this case, american pro garage & gate won my trust. i was already aware of the work needed to balance my garage door. sure, i could have tackled it myself, but dealing with springs can get risky if you make a mistake. that's why i decided to let a professional handle it. with just two people, timothy and jonah, the job was completed perfectly in 15 minutes and only cost me $89. another company quoted me $1200 for new springs and rollers, which i knew wasn't necessary. they appeared dishonest, and when the time comes to replace my springs, i know that american pro garage & gate will do it at half the cost. i'll stick with them for all my future needs.
When we saw that sewage had backed up into our basement on a Saturday night, we were appalled at the smell and destruction it caused. We received a recommendation for Triage Restoration from our friend, Marc Goldberg of Space and Company, and called on Sunday to leave a message. 10 minutes later, Patti White called to offer their complete services. She answered all of my questions and, due to our scheduling conflict, sent out Shannon and Mark on Tuesday.They took care of everything; moving stuff, removing carpet and contaminated items, cleaning, and air filtration! By Saturday, restoration was complete. Everyone from Triage showed professional, caring treatment of us and our belongings. Patti was able to provide an estimate range on our first call and the final number was right on. They also coordinated with our insurance company.We were so relieved that this nasty job was handled so quickly and professionally that I had to write a review. Thanks again to all of you!

I love this salon!!! I've been going here for years, and can't imagine going anywhere else. From day one, they have treated me like family. Kelly is amazing! I've never been happier with my hair, and receive compliments all the time. I've also gotten a spray tan from Jeannie. She made me feel so comfortable (which is not surprising, because that's her nature), and did a beautiful job. I'm always looking forward to my next appointment.

I was not happy with my experience today. It was my 1st time with this particular hostess. If I go back again, I will definitely avoid being serviced by her. I did not feel that she valued my manicure.
Requested style: I asked for Powdered nails because the last time I was visited, I inquired about the powders. I was told that it lasts longer and helps the nail grow. I am not happy with what was done to my nails today or how she handled me. She told me to go wash my hands. I went to wash my hands. She followed my over to the sink and watched me was my hands. When I started to dry my hands, she told me that I was not supposed to use soap. I asked her why didn't she tell me not to use soap. She didn't say anything. As she was dipping my fingers in the powder she was tapping the back of my fingers to get the excess powder off but it was not being done with care. I had to tell her that she was scratching my fingers with her fingernail. By the time she completed my nails my left hand's nails were darker than my right hand's nails. I called this to her attention. Bottomline: her attitude was if she did not want to do my nails.

I decided to tint my passenger & driver side windows to match the rest of my SUV, so as I was passing this location, I gave them a call. Justin answered promptly, answered my questions and fit me into his schedule immediately. So, YES, I made a u-turn & he started right away. I was in & out within 45 minutes to my surprise. Even though it was 45 minutes, the quality of this service was excellent. The tint matched the rest of the windows. He gave me written & verbal instructions on how to care for the windows as they would need time to set & dry. He also informed me that they've been at that location for many years & there's a lifetime warranty. Now I could have shopped around to find a cheap spot for this but I'm glad I didn't. My experience was well worth it. I'm definitely recommending for friends & family.
