We’ve hired them for HOA common area maintenance. Fence repairs, gate latches, painting — all done with care. It’s rare to find a crew that respects community property like their own.

I manage a portfolio of rental properties from North Carolina and first hired Property Handy Pro for a water leak repair in Bristol, PA. Nelson did such a great job that we’ve been calling him ever since to handle all of our projects in his service area. It’s a relief knowing I have a trusted handyman I can count on, even from out of state. Fair prices, honest work, and a genuinely good guy.

I found this company online and reached out after reading the positive reviews. The owner, Nelson, and I discussed our small job, replacing a faucet, the price and time to complete it. Nelson arrived on time, completed the job efficiently and was unbelievably clean! The price was as quoted. My husband and I are compiling a list of more jobs for Nelson. He and his work are outstanding! We highly recommend this company.
