Best Medical practice around staff is awesome Kat is the best

I love Dr Miller he’s an amazing dr and all his staff are great I love them all but KAT she’s my most favorite she’s so kind hearted and always helping someone most of the time it’s me. She always takes time to talk me out of an anxiety attack or show me reflexology for a sinus infection that really helped me relieve the pressure in my head when I was sick. I love everyone there they always fit me in when I need them I love this practice and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else

*COVID note: telehealth available* Staff is friendly here and you're typically able to get an appointment during the same week. However, they're pretty disorganized and that's been frustrating; I've had referral letters faxed to them multiple times and they seem to keep forgetting to upload them in the chart for recordkeeping. I'm also told different things from different staff (one person said I couldn't make the appointment without the referral letter, one person said they don't know why they said that, then back to needing another referral letter, etc.)
