I called up 3 weeks prior to the service to schedule. The day of service, about a 1/2 hour before service, they canceled on us. This was upsetting. They also additionally mentioned that they couldn't serve us till 4 days later. When we gave pushback on that they immediately said they had an appointment for the next day. We took it. We received confirmation of the appointment. The following day they canceled again. We mentioned to them that it was unacceptable to cancel on us 2 days in a row with short notice. They then tried to tell us that we canceled on them the 1st time ( which we did not) and then they changed the story on us that we did not have a confirmation... read full review
I had a great experience with this company. The guy was very patient with me because I had a lot of stuff around my room that he helped me move and he fixed my vacuum as well. Plus is was a reasonable price for the service... read full review
I had the most incredible experience with Newtown Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners today. The gentleman who cleaned, Cliff, was prompt, extremely nice, and very efficent. The carpet in the living room and dining room must be 18-20 years old, with old stains. They look almost new!!!! I am so impressed. I also like the fact that it is a family business. Supporting small businesses these days is important!! Thank you Newton Carpet and upholstery cleaners!!!!!
