Jackie was confident, efficient, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone was 100% satisfied with their hair. I had originally been a bit worried that we would be cutting it close with timing, but she was able to get through all of the girls, and made sure to double check everyones hair at the end, with time to spare. “This shop is very chic. The decor is glam modern, there is a plethora of reading material and beverages for costumers. The prices are reasonable for the services offered. Rhonda is an extremely knowledgeable and talented hair dresser. She took time to educate me when I ask questions about my hair and she was really friendly. I have natural hair that I wanted blow dried flat iron and trimmed. Rhonda did an excellent job And I will definitely be back.The only thing that kept me from giving a five star rating was the wait. “First!! I literally called at 8:15 am and was there by 8:30..They started my hair as soon as I showed them what I wanted.
No complaints about staff...my only issue is it was crowded for a small place. There was no social distancing which I was uncomfortable with. But I was outta there at 10:45am. Soooo I just beared it for then.“
