Wonderful experience with this company.I have 2 windows that need to replace due to condensation in the windows. Contacted the warranty department and spoke to Karel regarding this matter and she’s a top professional, courteous and patience . Email her the images of the defected windows along with the warranty label. 2 days later, she called and told me the windows has been shipped to a local dealer and will contact me to arrange a schedule for installation. I thank their immediate attention and would recommend to friends.

We had a transom window installed above our patio door. The grids were off a bit and technician RAY came and took measurements to have a replacement window built. RAY was fantastic!On a less than good review, all my windows are Viwinco and in 10 years 4 have had the seal has let loose. The windows come with only a 1-year labor warranty.
