My family has been customers here for more than 15 years. We've never had anything but a great experience. Dawn and the team are always professional and friendly. Our glasses have always been made within the time promised, and they have always been great quality and very affordable. We look forward to many more years of doing business at Morgantown Eyecare Center.

All of the one star reviews are from years ago, and the are unfair, really. Dr. Pearson is very pleasant and quite competent, and I have found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. Regarding the people complaining about medical vs vision insurance, it really depends on what you're being seen for. Sometimes eye doctors bill medical insurance (like when I had pink eye), and sometimes it's vision insurance (like when I went to have my vision checked and contacts fitted). If you have one or both of those types of insurance, simply check with them before your appt, so you know what to expect and how much it will cost you. Dr. Pearson and staff have served our family very well for many years and we would heartily recommend them. Recently I had an issue with focus and she immediately referred me to a specialist who was able to solve a serious problem. If she had not taken me in ASAP and searched around for availability, I may have had permanent problems.
