He was very fearful, anxious and frustrated around people and dogs he didn’t know and would bark/lunge to try to make them go away. Kirsti is very knowledgeable and opened our eyes to boundary and respect issues and how he was asserting himself with us. After several sessions, we trusted our boy to a board and train program with Ampodog. She kept us updated throughout his stay. He returned home a much more calm and confident dog with much improved decision making and impulse control. It’s a joy to take him for a walk now without having to turn around to avoid people/dogs to prevent a blowup. I have even been able to take him into stores with good behavior which was never possible before!“
