She made us feel at ease, empowered, and confident that we could handle our dog going forward and continue the training and the foundation that Kirsti had already set. She repeatedly told us that we were the perfect owners for Bennie, and that has meant the world to us and helped to remove all remaining doubts. As a result, Bennie still loves to go see his best friend, Kirsti, and we continue to feel blessed to have Kirsti in our lives. She is a true professional and friend.“
