Jason was AMAZING! He helped my wife and I purchase our first home. Buying your first home is overwhelming, to say the least, but Jason kept us informed and optimistic throughout the entire process. He genuinely goes above and beyond. For example, our home inspection stated that we needed to install a vent in the bathroom. Jason went to the house to investigate and discovered that the vent was covered by a dropped ceiling. He essentially found something the INSPECTOR missed. He was also very helpful in connecting us with people that he trusted to handle our loan, home repairs, title closing, etc. We'd recommend him to anyone.

Jason is the detail oriented, well versed, and most organized realtor you're looking for. We went contingent in less than 3 weeks and closed shortly after for an acceptable price after negotiation. He went out of his way to answer questions, give suggestions several months before listing. He handled the deal behind the scenes once in contract and took care of any hiccups associated with the transaction quickly. Even with me being out of town. There's listing agents, and theirs proper REALTORS. Jason is the latter. He got it done and we couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks Jason!
