“I went to see Denise due to a severe back strain I suffered 3 days earlier. Prior to seeing her, I was basically unable to stand up straight and function in general. Getting out of bed in the morning was a 30 minute process, and standing up from being seated anywhere was equally difficult and painful. Denise provided a 90 minute massage incorporating resistance exercises for me working all of my muscle sets. While at the end of the massage I was sore and standing up was still somewhat of a challenge, it was easier than before. When I really noticed the difference is the following day. Not only was I able to get out of bed virtually pain free aside from some stiffness and slight soreness, as soon as I began my days activities, I noticed the my back strain was virtually gone. I proceeded to complete a long workday with many physical tasks and amassed over 22k steps throughout the day. Today is the second day after my appointment with Denise, and it feels even better. Her work is nothing short of amazing.“

“Finding it isn’t easy it’s behind the main building. It isn’t perfect but I’ve been twice and the massage is excellent especially if you like firmer deeper tissue massage. It’s a one woman show so if someone walks in without an appointment there’s a small break. If that doesn’t bother you this is a hidden gem particularly for the quality and price.“

I saw Dr. Ryan Leach for migraines and neck issues and there was never any pressure at all to be cracked! “I had a great massage experience at The Sewickley Spa! My bachelorette party was hosted here and we couldn't have had a better experience. They allowed a group of 15 girls to come and gave us a private room to hang out in during the day. We were able to decorate, play games and bring in our own food & mimosas. They organized what services were available throughout the day so that everyone could receive one. Of course as a group we had some changes on the day of, they were more than accommodating. As for my massage (and my first prenatal massage), it was amazing. The room was so relaxing, my therapist was very talented and checked in during the massage to make sure everything was okay.
