She takes her time to listen to my concerns and develops a solution specifically for my needs.She has also been doing my eyelashes for more than 3 years and I get compliments every where I go on how natural they look!!I would recommend her to anyone looking for personalized facials, skin treatments and eyelashes. I haven’t used her other services however I’m sure her attention to details and desire to meet the clients needs are evident in all her services.“

She asked what I was interested in getting, brought up pictures to confirm we were on the same page, and even checked in with me about different options while cutting my hair. She also checked in with me if I had any sensory issues or sensitivities so that they could accommodate. Just overall so great!“

“I came to Plush via a recommendation from my mom. In short, I went to a different salon for highlights that didn’t turn out the way I liked them , so I went looking for a salon to correct my hair. I booked my appointment with Cloey and she nailed it! The salon itself is beautiful , open with a lot of natural lighting and I can tell from my experience the stylists take their time with consultations, listen to their clients and are genuinely there to provide the best service and product that they can. My only regret is not taking before and after pictures because it’s not an exaggeration to say Cloey completely changed my look within a few hours 10/10
