Derrick is extremely responsive. Called him about a problem with my furnace. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and knew exactly what parts he needed. He showed up with what he needed to get the job done, walked me through the repair, and wrapped things up quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend Derrick for all of your plumbing and heating needs.
